While I’m ALL about taking much needed R&R and YOU time to chillax, I’m also very aware of how easy it can be to let things get out of hand.


I speak from personal experience…


All Mom’s sugar cookies (no joke - she sent me a 📦 full) with 0 movement to offset them means starting the new year in a serious success deficit. 🍪🤭👎



And we all know: starting your new year off RIGHT is SO important to you crushing your year!


Wanna know my secret?


I tell myself just 1 minute”.



That’s it!


Because 99% of the time that 1 minute turns into many more - and even if it doesn’t, I’ve done 1 minute, which is more than before!


I put on my favorite hype jams and have a dance party for “1 minute”, which usually turns into 15 minutes.



Now you know my second secret - Music.


It’s the 1 thing that without a doubt motivates me to move.


But in real desperately lazy moments, it’s not just any music that will do...It has to be the real booty bouncin’ stuff that makes you wanna hop on the table and take your shirt off 😲


It works every time! 😉


So pick your hype music and dance for “1 minute” and tell me you don’t see yourself makin’ some serious moves towards the new and improved you!
